Called commercial row in the 19th century because of all the small shops. H.C. Blake Company is still in business, Sandlin Hardware Store, not shown at the end of the street is Harrison Brothers Hardware Store and T.T. Terry was one of Huntsville's first Department stores, famous for their logo "Great is the Power of Cash".
