This photo is believed to have been taken in 1961 in the Marshall Space Flight Center Manufacturing Engineering Laboratory. The caption for the photo identified Dr. Von Braun as examining equipment "to help determine how future astronauts will be able to perform maintenance tasks in the weightlessness of space."
